Paging all Photoshop/Image experts....what is your guess

I think it's Legit as well. The photo was taken with a camera
with a Blue filter on the lens. Anywhere there's a noticeable
shadow it has a blue tint. The necks of the females and some
on the girl on the right's fingers etc..
The only thing that looks "odd" is the tip of Sleazeball
Joe's index finger on that right hand. When you enlarge the
photo, the tip of the finger is "cut off" at a point, and
looks way to straight to be under the fold of the girl's
shirt, but other than that, I think it's definitely an
un-enhanced picture.

Either way, Biden is a weird character around women ... of
all ages and if this guy enters the race for the white house
every single shot of him creepin' on females that were
taken and posted of him needs to be re-visited over, and
over and over during the campaign.

1. I think the photo is unretouched personally. The cut off of his index and middle finger probably are just under her shirt
2. Girl on the left is fine as Christmas
3. PedoJoe is creepy AF
