Never farked before, need help please good sirs

I want to fark a Hannibal Lector mask on a pic of texag7 and then have the backdrop be the tweet that pops up on Google when you search the story he made up showing all the racist tweets “Texas fans” ie him were tweeting to recruits. Can anyone help a brother out?
Just him in a lector mask would be cool too though.
*Edit: also him in the straight jacket lector wore or the orange prison clothes would be a nice touch. Damn I really should learn to Fark.
