Need some help....

Ok, so I am looking to make a shirt for using part of the image below. Could one of you "cut" out the marquee part of the image where it says the Lyrics Born Variety show?? Basically the part where there is light bulbs. Also could you "straighten" it out so it is level? Does this make sense??

If you only use the mouse and not mouse+keyboard, here's a little something that seems relevant - The best word I ever personally invented:

Thanks, I use Photoshop but you could easily do it with the free program, GIMP.
