Need some help with a tshirt design

We're having a family reunion soon and we will be having a softball tourney. My immediate family's team name will be Team Brick (Brick was my grandfather's nickname). We want to make tshirts with my grandfather's picture on the front with TEAM BRICK. Can someone make me a design/logo with the picture below. I'd like to use just his head if possible. TIA

Here ya go. The top one is just a .png file. The bottom one is a .png of the vector I did. Depends on how you are getting your shirts made. If you want the vector file I can email it to you.

If you are going to use this, we can discuss some of the particulars. Like where are you getting them printed? Some printers prefer different source images. I have this saved in vector format and can produce any size and most format types (can't do PS or AI though).
I know you said head/neck but it's easier to remove images from a drawing than to go back and add details. Also, this isn't on purple. I can easily do that. I didn't know what color you wanted the ink. Black ink on white shirts are always the cheapest. However, white ink on purple shirts should be pretty affordable. Really, any single color ink on a solid shirt should be comparably priced.
