Need some help from the farkers .....

Can someone take the top part of this image (the "head" so to speak) --
And merge it with the bottom part of this image --
Preferably, the fark would increase the size of the bottom image to make it proportional with the size of the top image.

Not exactly what I was looking for.
Can you just take everything above the collar in the first picture and put it on everything below the collar in the second picture???

The bottom image is tiny, so the resolution is not good. I cleaned things up a little bit by hand drawing some elements and adding a new logo.
