Need a picture to be farked

I would like the U.S.Army at top right corner to be removed. and change the writing at the bottom to "LA NATIONAL GUARD, MAKING SACRIFICES EVERDAY TO PROTECT EVERY TIGER FAN". Then the design will be ready to put on the back of a shirt.
Then on this front design, change the "Always Ready Always There" to Louisiana
We are trying to make a LSU / LA national guard shirt for LSU/Arkansas game
