You can't upload an image from your hard-drive onto a post. It needs to be on the internet in order for you to use any of the buttons on the right. Either put a link to the picture, or open a flickr account and put your image on there to create a link.

This is the most basic version. As it is, I think it looks pretty good. But if there is something specific you would like, please ask.
