A great friend of mine retired after 30 years in the Navy. He had a retirement ceremony at the DDay Museum where I snapped this picture.

May I ask some of you Photoshop gurus to help me out, I would appreciate if you could cut the background of him saluting and put something very patriotic, such as a flag or something Naval?

Deeply appreciate your time in doing this..

If there is something specific to the Navy you would like me to add, please don't hesitate to ask.

Thank this gentlemen for his service and sacrifice.

Again, thank you for your time and effort doing what you did. I emailed this to him, and immediately he is going to frame it and told me to thank you for it.

timdallinger

If you can think of something patriotic to add, I am sure Capt. Mike "Heavy T" Turner would be more than just grateful.

If any of you would like to view some pics of the ceremony, let me know and I can post them.

Thank you all again for helping out.

No problem at all. He has been helping us all out a lot more than what little thing I just did. Happy to help.

A Great BIG thank you guys! Zmoney and Timdallinger. You guys ROCK...

Thanks a million times over.. GREAT JOB...

I know it takes time away from your life, but this is deeply appreciated.. You two are good guys, and don't think "Heavy T" won't hear where this came from....

Here is an edited image:

I tried the Navy emblem in the background but couldn't recreate the image I was seeing in my head. When I get some time over the next few days, I might try to create something larger.

Again, if there is something specific you would like, feel free to provide suggestions.

Quick question for any Dept of Navy (you too Marines) people out there, why are some of those seamen wearing cover indoors?

Nortizzle, Timdallinger & zmoney,

I cannot express my sincere gratitude for what you have done to Heavy T's pictures. Every time I copy another pic that you guys make and send to him, I immediately get a call and he wants me to make sure you understand how nice what you are doing, and he is very thankful.

You guys are great. Many thanks..
