I saw your request in the other thread but didn't want to go off on a tangent.

I can do what you are asking. While I do quite a bit of the work by hand, I am not talented enough to freehand the entire image. If you can find me a photo from which to start, I can accomodate your request.

There might be others who can do this image totally by hand or by just using filters. I just can tell how I do them.

It really depends on how you would like to use this image. If you want to use it for anything besides personal use, I cannot use the second or third link. That is someone's else artwork.

You really need a good photograph. Even then, things can get a little murky about "intellectual property" especially if you didn't take the photograph.

Me thinks im gonna be takin pics in a bateau this weekend...
