Joe Burrow Request: Video Game Related

long story short, there's a madden mod for PC that includes 105 of the college football teams. and the mod can go as far as changing the splash/loading screen when you first start up the game. i was thinking of submitting a Joe Burrow idea, but i don't think it turned out as well as some of the others i've seen. here's my submission:

i really like that michigan one, but i don't have the means to accomplish it. i don't have the skillset or the software. i did the burrow screen with paint.net
