Idea for a photo and I have no clue how to produce it.

All the talk of this LSU team being "under the radar" has got me wanting this.
A Dopler radar shot showing LSU lurking and moving in from below with the 3 favored west teams above us.
Or just LSU below the radar. Something to match the saying.

When the doplar radar beam makes a full 360 a gleaming dark evil "eye of the tiger" appears then fades back down only to appear over and over again.
