I need a logo for our softball team

Hey guys, I need a logo for our softball team. We are the Mavericks and our colors are maroon and black. Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

Big easy how do you create that stuff? Are you using source pics and editing in photoshop? Been trying to figure out how to build a good graphic for my business since it's pretty much what I'll be doing just not to caught up on the computer side of it.

While Big Easy is very good, that pic is the Dallas Mavericks logo.

Yes, it's basically the Dallas Mavs logo that I recreated by borrowing their horse and the word Mavericks, added softball underneath the horse, and then used PS to create the custom shapes & some blending options.

The only reason I recognized that logo was from that guy who chose to have his fingers amputated to play football.
