How would one go about creating a deep fake video?

I have a CNN video that’s about 12 mins long.
As an experiment, I would like to recreate the exact same interview but I’d want to use a different face for the interviewee and just change the name of the person they are speaking about.
I tested the concept (reading a news article to them and changing the name) and it completely changed their opinion of the interviewee.
I’d like to create a deep fake of the video so that it can be posted to really hit home how their opinions are formed.
Not asking anyone to do it, more if you know how, give me some tips on what I would need and how i could move forward.
