How much would it cost for some of you guys to make a logo?

Looking to get someone to make a logo for myself. I have no Illustrator skills or I would do it myself considering the idea is simple.

I'll do it for a case of Duvel as long as I can incorporate Rueben, duct tape goat horns, THATLSUBOY and a black penguin into it.
