HELP with recreating image....

Have a favor to ask....
So my girlfriend is the Maid of Honor for this wedding and she wants me to make a shirt for the bride to wear in Vegas this weekend for the bachelorette party. The general idea is the image below, but feel free to use your artistic vision in any manner you see fit. The image will be placed on a white t-shirt so if you could keep that in mind it would be appreciated. Having the image be transparent would also help I think.

Considering it will be on a white shirt, instead of sign here it should say pour water here ------>
