Help with a quick logo

Hey, if anyone could provide some quick help, I would really appreciate it. I have no experience with graphic manipulation whatsoever.
If someone could take the below image and crop out the logo itself - I would like it to remain in white, but I have plans to lay it over various backgrounds of various colors.
Again, any help would be incredibly appreciated.
