Help w/Logo Design

Hey guys, I plan on starting my own competition BBQ team when I retire from the Air Force next year. I was wondering if anyone could help with designing a logo for my new venture?
I'd like to use the design below, but change the details:
1. The name would be "Creole Smoke Co." where it currently says Bone Yard. Leave "The" where it's currently at.
2. Instead of bar and grill, I'd like it to read "est. 2017" in black font with white back ground.
3. Instead of the Longhorn skull, I'd like to use the attached fleur-de-lis.
4. Open to different color schemes as well.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

yea kind of looks like a Greek dude's hairy arm. How did you duplicate the rest of the white circle with the red line in the middle? Or did you just re-create it?

Recreated the whole thing, I got lucky and googled "free western fonts" and one of the first few that popped up was the one used in the original logo lol

I actually like that. Imagine that type of restaurant in each SEC town with the corresponding school colors.

Yessir I'll see what I can do, give me a day or two and I'll knock it out next time I have my computer pulled up. Any particular color combo you prefer? Or any you want me to try?

I think I'm going to go with the red.
Just thought of this....can we see what it looks like by making "Creole Smoke" all white. Change the white in "the, est 2017" to red. Try "the, est 2017" in both white and black.
