Help Needed - Charity Logo

Could one of you photoshop gurus create a simple logo using the following source picture:
The group is called "Helping Hands." Could you please incorporate that name into the photo somehow. The logo needs to be clear whether it's printed in color or black and white. Your help is greatly appreciated.
