Haters Gonna Hate (special edition)

Over the past few days I've made a few simple farks for people, the kind that only require you to add text/images. I also have limited experience in making my own animated gifs for personal avi use. But now I find myself needing something special that lies outside my field of expertise; editing an existing gif.

So in short, I'd like to have this old standard farked to have this as his shirt.

If it could be cropped to be appropriate for sigpic size that would be awesome, if that's even possible...
