Goat horns/stick/duct tape

I finally figured out that meme. City boy, not familiar with ways of rural life.

Friend of mine has some goats. Had one with a wood dowel, wire tied and duct taped to his horns.

"What's up with that", I asked.

"Stupid goat keeps sticking his head through the fence and getting stuck". "Never fails, middle of the night, wakes up me, the chickens, the mules, every damn dog within 2 miles".
