Fark My Avatar Help Needed: Updated Request!!

Alright.. so I've grown tired of my current avatar. It just looks boring.
My request: Someone takes my current avatar and adds a sombrero that tilts on the top of the truck and a mustache above his mouth!
I'd be very thankful if someone could accomplish this.. and please keep it avi size please
