A JPEG is about the worst file format available. You lose resolution. JPEG's are not print-ready files. Ask your printer what format he would prefer. I cannot do photoshop or AI but I can give you SVG, PDF, GIF or PNG.

He's already told us several times it needs to be JPEG. Just give it to me in whatever format and I'll convert it.

DO NOT convert this to a JPEG. Anyon who can work with a JPEG can work with a PNG. You will lose resolution with a JPEG that size. Unless they are going to digital print the image. Then it doesn't matter as those aren't very high quality. Hope you found a good screener.
