I outlined the mirror and duplicated that portion.
Filled Filter->Render->Clouds with 85% or so opacity and then used the eraser tool to write the text. No tutorial either so I learned something new

There ya go baw. Nice work! Now....if you want to get really crafty, you can try your hand at vanishing point which would set the angle offset of the mirror to be exact. That will be for lesson #294839 though

I realllllly need Photoshop. All of my stuff = a ton of work arounds due to GIMP sucks.
