Dumb question: Bearded woodsman shaking head

Stupid question I know and I will get blasted for even having to ask this (hoping going to the fark board was safer then any other one) question but the bearded long-haired mountain looking mountainer man who shakes his head as they zoom in on him that is being used by everybody on SECR and especially by Miss. State fans right now, what is that from? I guess I am out of the loop completely but I am lost and just curious because it is being used a ton right now.
