Drag and drop, auto fill, photo page template/software recommendation please...

I recently started a job as a commercial real estate appraiser trainee. A section of the appraisal report requires creating photo pages, sometimes up to 60+ photos...The template they have been using for years is just a Microsoft word doc then print to adobe...definitely not the most efficient approach (margins, centering, etc..)...We typically put 6 images per page, 2 columns of 3...

Are there any alternatives? I did a quick google search but most of the formats were scrap books type pages, need something professional.

InDesign is what the pros use

All of our marketing material gets done in InDesign. It's not too hard to use it (nor learn it for that matter) if you're already familiar with PS.
