When making a request with a specific image in mind, it is polite to post the image along with the request.

You copy the link of the image and press the link button when writing your post. I have a Mac too...not that difficult

Oh boy... I think you forgot about my evil twin.

I always give the polite when I see a [relatively] new name next to a request.
