That's awesome.
Just a suggestion though, where you used "arch" to put the text in the top around the circle, instead use the pen tool, set it to "path" and use the circle shape.
Then you can type in a circle without distortion.

I used the ellipse tool on the top, the corners distorted when i resized the layer. I'm at work and didn't want to invest more time in it... time is precious I have to browse reddit and TD til 1900.

i think you can open it in mspaint i think and save as a jpeg. If not just download irfanview , it'll open it and you can save it as any image type you want.
