Can someone tighten up an image for me?

Can someone make this a higher resolution so it won't pixilate so much when I make it larger, remove the checkerboard background, and make it transparent? If you could you would be amazing! I listed the color codes below it. Thanks in advance!!!!

You are the man, thank you!!!!!! Would you also be able to add that small shadow underneath it? I know it is hard to see but if you could add it that really would be great. Thanks again!!
