whats the whole filename? .biz is a net protocol such as "www.websitenamehere.biz". have you tried opening it in a web browser?

Business Card File

If Photoshop, Gimp, Irfanview, etc can't open it, maybe best to ask the person who sent the file to convert it to a format that is opened by more popular programs?

Gimp and Irfanview are both free to download

Try using Adobe Reader to see if it will open. If not, see if your customer can use the program they created it with to export it as a different file (i.e. jpeg, pdf, etc.)

you mean "e.g." which is basically "for example." "i.e." = "id est" - in plain language "that is" as in, "specifically."

to borrow a line, "i.e., e.g., whatever f&ck you." (from get shorty)

Since we're correcting everybody, .biz is not a protocol. It's what's known as a TLD or top-level domain. Some other examples of TLDs are .com, .net and .gov. New ones were added a few years back, including .biz, ostensibly to be used for businesses.
