Can someone design a postcard ad?

I have a friend that's looking to design some small, postcard sized ads for his gym. Real local and small, but does decent with it. My version of Photoshop doesn't work on my computer anymore thanks to Vista. If I email someone the pics and give you a general idea of what he wants, can someone quickly put something together for us? I'd really appreciate it!
