Can someone change a color in this pic for me?

The lights swirling around the girl from the current color
To something close to this color of blue, maybe a little bit deeper..

Thanks buddy. Anyway you can get rid of the purple and keep the original grayish shade?

Yeah, it can be done, but will require a little
bit of detailed work and time.... I'm at work
and sort of between assignments right now. I'll
check back shortly and if it hasn't been done
for you, I'll tweek it to leave in the original
"haze" with the colored light change. Right now
this was just a quick adjustment in the original.

That source image is compressed to the point where the artifacts around the lights make it hard to work with. Here is an image that might be better to work with if needed:

Sure
This is in Photoshop. All I did on that one was to go to Image, Adjustments, Selective Color. Changed the "Colors" drop down to Cyan, adjusted the sliders. Applied, zoomed in and blurred the artifacts outside of the blue... Ten minutes if on the last one...

Good stuff, guys. Much appreciated. My OCD says that since my computer lights, keyboard, monitor power button, and mouse are all illuminated with this color blue, the lights around the girl on the desktop wallpaper need to be as well
