Oh, I will fully admit I have no ability or understanding of how to fark. I tried once using Gimp and ended up cussing at my computer for 4 hours.

Why don't you.
a. get a torrent client
b. search for Photoshop (whatever version your CPU and GPU will run.
c. watch the plethora of free tutorials for the software on Youtube.
anyone and I mean anyone can learn to do any of the things seen on the fark board if they apply themselves.
This is not a flame, it is free good advice.

This has been the funniest thread i've read in a long while. I cried i was laughing so hard. Im sorry "Bleeding purple" it was at your expense. Cheers to everyone involved in this epic thread.

Ive got photoshop cs5 masters edition or whatever with after effects and everything, and even watching tutorials it's tough, for me at least. I learn little pieces of info at a time and have to use trial and error to put all the pieces to together to get what I want. I'm still trying to figure out how to use motion tracking in after effects. I may start a thread in a few day asking some questions if I can't figure it out
