On this one, I took a few more liberties...

Added the symbol to the floating balloons, to the flag on the building, to the banner on the same building, and to the sign on the building to the right. I also changed the small pic on the building to Obama

Oh, and I changed the Chinese writing to say "The US Rules"

Not really...
