Bday Invitation help

My son's bday is coming up in a few weeks and the wife wants to make her own invitations on her new computer. She wants to print the invitation just like below, except she wants to be able to type her own message. Can someone please remove the writing on the right with the yellowish background(starting with "We've got" and ending with the Regrets number)? Also, can someone resize this thing to be able to print on it 4X6?
