I know it's frowned upon to post avi requests here, but I've had a post on the help board that's been there for a couple weeks.
Anyone want to resize this thing for me? Possibly teach a guy to fish, so I could do it next time I want to change?

To resize, just open your image editor (MS Paint, Photoshop etc) and resize to acceptable TD size. 150x150 but be sure to constrain proportions.
