Who to start at RB? Howard vs Thompson

PPR League. My RB1 is Zeke.
RB2... I'm going between Jordan Howard or Chris Thompson. Howard is going up against an Arizona defense who has given up some points to RBs but Thompson has yet to put up less than 20 points and hes got the checkdown king throwing to him..
