Which WR to take out for Damian Williams?

I feel like Williams is a must start tonight and I want to put him in at the flex over on of my 3 WRs. My RBs are Chubb and gurley so benching them isn’t an option
WRs:
Mike Evans vs Baltimore: top target in a pass heavy offense but he’s also going against one of the best Ds in the league
Stephon Diggs vs Miami: Vikings offense has sputtered the last few weeks but his amount of targets and big play potential still has him as a must start I believe
Tyler Boyd vs Oakland: seems like the obvious choice, Driskel is at qb and Boyd hasn’t produced as much since Green has been out, however Oakland has one of the worst pass D’s in the league

Boyd and hope Evans gets garbage time.
