Which QBs to start?

I have both the Steelers and the Giants TQB. Big Rapey is probably not going to start, so Landry Jones will take his place and still did decent last week. He has Bell, Bryant, Wheaton, and Brown to throw to, but not sure how reliable he is. Eli had a rough game last week, but he's been pretty good all year. The Giants play the Cowboys and the Steelers play the Chiefs. Which TQB should I start this week?

I hope Eli plays badly because I'm playing against him in two leagues, but I don't think that Jones plays as well against a team that has had a week to prepare for him.
Landry Jones was a lot like Eli is now...when Jones was in college...some great games, mixed in with some miserable performances.

I think jones is a sneaky play this week in daily fantasy, but I personally couldn't start him over Eli. But what do I know
