Yeah, OBP was just a personal decision of mine. I like it.
I left K/9 versus K up to the league, but K prevailed. Most of the league is pretty standard in its settings. Also, QS instead of W.
I added two bench spots and there are 2 DL spots. 75 max moves on the year and 1500 IP.
