I would definitely move one of the guys in tier 3 or 4.

Team swamie is happy to welcome Matt Cain to the team and feels a 1-2-3 punch of Cain, Sale and Gonzales can compete with the best in the league.

Maybe I should have shopped around Cain because of his name, but I don't think the return would be much better. Probably the only exception would have been if roll wanted to trade back.
