I would Give Alshon? Yes right? I just dropped Roddy, so help me make a clear decision 
Other wrs are Demaryious thomas, Garcon, TY and Denarius Moore
STart 2 and a flex in std league
rbs are mccoy, miller, woodhead, vereen

Wait, you dropped Roddy for Helu, then want to trade Alshon for Spiller.

Why would you want Spiller?
Why would you drop Roddy?
Your team is solid especially at receiver. You have 2 good rbs already and will get Vereen back week 11.
So tell me who would you start Spiller over on your team besides Miller? Just start Miller while Woodhead is on bye or package 2 of your wrs together for another rb2/flex. If you can't make a trade then just stand pat.

I would trade spiller for a box combo with extra sauce from Cane's, and I wouldn't even hesitate. frick Spiller
