Thoughts on this trade?

If you're giving up Dozier and Gray I wouldn't do it. If you are getting those two I would. I just don't think Lester is big enough upgrade at pitcher to make up for downgrade at 2B.

I feel more this way personally, but assuming there's good reason they're both owned is how I based my answer. I think Gray has higher potential to turn season around than Odor does, bur fairly certain at least 1 if not both of those guys are unowned in my league and I'm not rushing out to get them either.

Also would rather own Dozier than Lester depending on scoring. If it's Roto then doesn't matter, but Dozier has been great 2nd half player last 2 years and if it's weekly that can be huge down stretch.

Dozier I feel confident will be a top 5ish 2B at end of year and I don't believe Lester will be top 30 by end of year. That's just my personal opinion though.

I do agree though Dozier for Lester is pretty even and just depends what your needs are. I just would hate to miss out on potential another great 2nd half by Dozier for Lester, but I can see why some would take the chance and move him.
