No brainer - Matt Ryan. They will need to throw alot to keep up with Philly's offense. I wouldn't be surprised if Matt Ryan is the No. 1 scorer this weak. Here is what Matthew Berry said for his Love/Hate week 1:

quote:

Matt Ryan, Falcons: Lotta points in this one, and the Falcons will need to throw to keep up with Philly. An uncertain ground game, lotta snaps thanks to Philly's up-tempo offense and then there's this stat: Only one quarterback has totaled at least 300 total yards and multiple touchdowns in three straight season openers ... Matt Ryan.

True, but this O Line scares the shite out of me. I'm torn between Ryan and Carson.

That Saints matchup should be a good one.

10 man 1/2 ppr

Start Brandon Marshall (12:00pm game) over Evans (3:30PM game, GTD)? Or roll with Evans, monitor the health of Evans, and if he sits roll with Abdullah?

Either Watkins or Coleman. Probably favoring Watkins a little more since he is more proven than Coleman. I'm rolling with Coleman at flex in my PPR league over J. randle

Yeesh. I think I would slot in Randle. Don't know if he's the starter or not but I have to imagine, split carries be damned, that the DAL RBBC will have a pretty good night against the NYG "defense" without JPP. Isaiah is the starter but there are increasing reports that Duke will have a pretty big part on Sunday as well. North and south runner versus the Jets front? No, thank you. Duke might end up the better option for CLE IMO.

Both are #2's but I like Randle with the better QB situation and the DAL secondary focusing (unsuccessfully) on OBJ. VJax will probably be 50-60 yards and maybe a TD (more unlikely than likely). Randle IMO has the same floor but a higher ceiling as well.

Edit: unless Evans is out. VJax will probably bump up to a higher floor.

Yea, the uncertainty surrounding both are what's given me trouble this whole week. I've flipped back and forth several times. Thanks for the input.
