It's tough to evaluate different position trades.

Will Manningham outperform Graham in total stats? Almost certainly.

BUT that doesn't really matter so much as what does Graham mean to your TE situation.

Owners dealing from strength can often over pay more for a position of need if they have something in excess (you have multiple good wideouts, so dealing one to improve your TE isn't a bad idea).

I don't think that's unfair or veto worthy.

eta: What I'm drunkenly trying to say is that Manningham in your lineup every so often will not be as valuable TO YOU as Graham every week.
