I gotta say that I'm shocked you've managed to hang around as long as you have from your return.

And did anyone that was at the game last night notice two of the refs doing a jumping chest bump right before the opening kickoff? I about pissed myself.

One could make the argument that derogatory words are derogatory words regardless, giraffe.

So yeah, you could surely argue that.

Didn't realize so many racists were in this league. I'm sure y'all are all on Team Lee, too. Should JL be the honorary starter for the NC?

some dumb women in my office were complaning about how "unfairly" Lee is being treated. They asked what I thought, I don't think they got the response they were hoping for or like me very much now

I must say I felt bad for him. They are laying those new street car tracks on Poydras where we've been crossing for 10 years. Well now there is a big ditch followed by another drop off with metal grates that have squares big enough to stick a foot through and there is no lighting there. The best part was the cop from that black ops video game cover above was just standing there not warning people or suggesting another route, he was just laughing and taking pictures on his phone of people falling.

you and like 10,000 other people. I asked the cop why it wasn't roped off or why he was there but not directing people away, he said "why you assholes walking across it?"

He kinda has a point, although once you get to where that point is, the damage could already be done (like it was for 4pac). By the time I realized what the frick was going on, I just stopped for a second and figured out where to walk.

So yeah, not sure wtf the cop's role was there.

The problem you didn't know any contstruction was gone on there until you were practically in the 1st ditch which wasn't too bad, but then there was no warning that a more dangerous ditch with metal grates was waiting on the other side of the walkway
