Why?

A consistent and proven 30 and 100

vs

A guy who's done it once

I'll take the sure thing. If he duplicates his numbers last year, then

You are going to call me a crawfisher because you didn't accept a trade I offered months ago, then get upset when I didn't accept when you proposed it today? okkkkkkkk

That's fine. I added Webb during that time, so Harden isn't someone I need as much now. Just because he is healthy now doesn't mean he will make a full season. His K/9 isn't going to mean shite to me if he pitches 140 innings.

141
148
25
46
128
189-
74

if you could guarantee me 200 from him, i'd give you a 1. But you can't. There is a reason you aren't keeping him, and it's the same reason I'm not jumping to give you a 4th

guarantee you 200 innings from him?

yet you just traded for a guy coming off major shoulder surgery, thus making him a risk to get back to form this year?

thats very contradictory

and im asking for a fourth round pick, ie a 16th round pick for him

and if i guaranteed you 200 innings, id keep him myself and you wouldnt be able to offer me anything for him

If you can't see the difference between Harden and Morneau, then I don't know what to say.

Gyno - you interested in Dempster? He's definitely going to get 200 INN about 7.5 k/9, 20 QS and 3.5 - 3.6 ERA. I'd take a pick for him.

you know who i meant. webb doesn't have a history of injury like Harden, plus I gave up Martin whom I wasn't going to keep. Webb is going to be fine

surely someone else will give you a 3rd for Harden. Don't take it personal because i dont want to do the deal YOU declined months ago

and cwill, i dont really have an interest in dempster

Ron, are you going to concede and take a late pick for Harden, or let him go into the draft pool and get nothing for him?
