there really isnt a list, but there are names that have asked before
im pretty sure slow is the only one on there. im not sure about ole barry. but if there is an opening, which there wont be this year, you are in mind

Appreciate it. I'd be an asset and quality owner to the baseball league, IMO.
The TDBL is really the only league I'm aware of that takes it real serious and has large rosters which require paying attention to minor leaguers too.
