FWIW redd, I made the Alexei trade under the assumption I could snag Alcides with my first pick.
I had calculated that you and rick had no use for him with the first two picks.

I'm sure it did. For the record, since he threw shite out there, I offered a 10th rounder for Escobar just to get a feel of what he would want for someone he wasn't keeping anyway. I think it's a smart move for Ronnie if he is determined to load up on offense and saves, while punting the other pitching categories and all of his draft picks.
