Eta: I don't even know if you had anyone pitch yesterday...I don't think you left the slot open for a competitive advantage. I am not asking for you to lose stats. My only issue would be someone benching their Sunday night starter and leaving an empty slot because everything has played out already.

I still don't view Arenado as an elite guy long term. I can't see me moving 2 pretty decent closers and a keepable 3B for Arenado essentially. I don't see that 2nd player being worth enough to do the deal from my end. Though correct me if I'm wrong, as I'm not sure who you'd be willing to move.
