I created a poll regarding the games played per week. Vote TODAY. It will expire at 5:00 PM to allow us time to make the change if necessary.

Can someone tell me pros and cons of 40 vs 45? Im already leaning one way

About to send it. Whats the buyin?

The reason we set the game limit was to ensure that no one had an advantage of games played. Even with the 45 game limit last year people were streaming, which is something most of us dislike. Now with the season being stretched out 40 seems like a better number. That's my opinion anyway.

I was looking last night, I don't think any team can get to 39 this week.
The extended season and fewer B2Bs will make 45 tough to get. Especially with weekly waivers.

Another fix could be to add 2 extra UTIL spots with days that have a bunch of games.

I think i can get to 43, and that's without games today. It's whatever.. i suppose I'd rather not play scrubs like Ian M. if i can help it.

If someone has some free time, it'd be interesting to compare last years schedule grid vs this years. See how much the games per week have decreased overall.

So are waivers daily with a budget of $50 for the whole year?

Yes, and you can bid zero
Posted on 10/16/17 at 10:27 am to 21JumpStreet
Yea not to nitpick but i think 200, 500, or even 1000 would be more appropriate.
I prefer 1000 bc it makes you be much more precise with your bid.

Not fantasy relevant but this is surprising. Liked Baldwin a lot at Vandy

i was asking port because i do not know.
how is it possible with such a big roster that one " cannot get to 45?
this is a weird week because we're essentially starting on a wednesday. but we have twenty player rosters. that's 2.5 games per player.
and in the end if you have to add/drop a few of your players to make the difference, what's the harm in that? the FA in this thing is so deep, it seems to be the only way that there would be any flow through the FA pool to begin with.
otherwise we have only trades keeping us from stagnation.
